FALOODA

INGREDIENTS:

1. Basil seeds(soaked) ½ cup

2. Seviya ½ cup

3. Dry fruit crush 1 tsp

4. Roohafza 2 tbs

5. Kulfi 1 cup

6. Milk ½ cup

METHOD:

1. Soak basil seeds in water.

2. Soak seviya in slightly hot water.

3. Take a serving glass and add basil seeds at bottom as a layer, on it add dry fruit crush, roohafza, boiled seviya, kulfi, another layer of soaked basil seeds, roohafza.

4. Atlast pour milk and place straw serve it.
