Mango Falooda with Homemade Seviya | Falooda Seviya Recipe

 

►Ingredients for Seviya

Corn Starch - 1/2 cup

Water - 1 1/2

Sugar - 2 tbsp

►Ingredients

Mango Rabdi Milk - 2 cups

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Saffron - 4

Chopped nuts - 4 tbsp

►Method to make Seviya

1. Mix corn starch, water, and sugar and cook till it becomes translucent.

2. Pipe the hot mixture into ice cold water and take it after 10 minutes.

3 Boil milk with sugar, saffron, and nuts and cook it till the milk reduces.

4. Add one cup mango puree into the milk and mix.

5. Soak basil seeds in water for 10 minutes.

6. Now assemble the falooda with cut mango pieces, seviya, basil seeds, nuts, and mango rabdi.

7. Add some mango ice cream and garnish it with chopped nuts.
