Homemade Coconut Cream Recipe:
-Meat from 2 mature white coconuts add into blender carafe
-Add coconut water to carafe so that it fills to 32 oz total including the coconut meat (approximately 16-20 oz of coconut water)
-Blend until smooth
-Pour mixture through slow juicer to make extra smooth and creamy consistency
-If coconut cream is too watery, ice cream will not turn out as good, make sure it's thicker than regular coconut milk :)
