Ingredients
1 bowl fresh pineapple
1 bowl sugar
1 bowl fresh cream
1/2 bowl full cream milk
1/2 bowl milk powder
1 tsp pineapple essence
Yellow food colour
Pineapple chunks
Take a jar of blender and churn pineapple, sugar, cream, milk, essence, colour and milk powder Transfer this in to mould and sprinkle some pineapple chunk Allow it to set in refrigerator for 8-10 hours Scoop it out and serve
