Spicy Masala Pasta | Indian Style Veg. Pasta Recipe | Quick & easy | Flavour of Desi Food - Ep 12

Ingredients:

1. Rotini Pasta 750g

2. Boiled sweet Corn 3 Tbs

3. Chopped carrots 3 Tbs

4. Chopped onion 1 small size

5. Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbs

6. Green, red, yellow Capsicum 2 Tbs Each

7. Tomatoes 4 small size

8. Chopped Garlic 1 Tbs

9. Chopped Ginger 1 Tbs

10. Green Chilli 1 Tsp

11. Butter 2 tbs

12. Red Chilli powder 1Tsp

13. Salt 1 Tsp

14. Sugar 1 Tsp

15. Fresh Cream 2 Tbs

16. Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp

17. Black Pepper Powder - 1 Tsp

18. Garam Masala ½ Tsp

19. Oregano Leaves ½ Tsp

20. Oil 1 cup

Directions:

1. In a pan add 6 glass of water, 1 Tsp salt, 1 Tbs oil and bring it to boil. Add Rotini pasta and boil it for 8 minutes. Remove the water with strain and put the pasta aside.

2. Use the same pan. Add 1/3 cup of oil and heat it. Add garlic paste as cook it for one minute. Add ginger paste and onions and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.

3. Add carrots and cook for one minute. Add tomatoes, 1 Tsp salt, close the lid and cook for 3 minutes. Add capsicum, green chilli, sweet corn and cook for one minute.

4. Add red chilli, black chilli, garam masala, turmeric powder and cook for another minute.

5. Add oregano leaves, sugar, tomato ketchup and half cup of pasta water. Cook for one minute.

6. Add fresh cream and mix it.

7. Add boiled pasta and mix with sauce. Add butter and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.

8. Pasta is ready.

9. Dish out and garnish as per your taste.
