Ingredients

Noodles-150gm

Vegetables of ur choice (Capsicum,onion spring onion,cabbage, carrot,beans )

Soya sauce-2tbsp

Chilli sauce-1/2tsp

Garlic-2

Seasame Oil

- Vinegar-1/2tsp

Pepper powder-1/4 -

1/2tsp Salt

- Oil-

Water

Method

Cut vegetables in lengthwise and keep aside .

Boil plenty of water ,add oil and salt..

Then add noodles and cook till 90percentage done ..

Now strain and pour cold water over the cooked noodles and drain ..

Then sprinkle some oil and mix well,keep aside ..

Now heat oil in a kadai in high heat ..

Now add garlic ,onion,carrot and beans ..

Saute for few seconds ..

Now add cabbage,and capscium and saute for few seconds ..

Now add noodles and mix well.. Add soya sauce ,chilli sauce and salt ..

mix well.. Now add vinegar ..mix well .. Finally add pepper powder and mix..

Check the taste .. Finally add green onions and sprinkle some sesame oil ..

So our tasty veg hakka noodles is ready to serve ..

Serve with ur favourite sauce and dish ..
