Triple Schezwan Chinese Noodles Recipe by Sanjeev Kapoor

Ingredients :

Noodles, dried - 200 grams

Oil (for noodles) - 1 table spoon

Salt - To taste

Oil - to deep-fry

Other Ingredients

Carrot - 1 medium sized

French beans - 4 to 6

Spring onions - 2

Ginger, chopped - 1 inch piece

Garlic chopped - 4 to 6 cloves

Sichuan peppercorns - 8 to 10

Chilli flakes - 1 table spoon

Peppercorns - 8 to 10

Red chilli Paste - 1 table spoon

Ajinimoto - 1/4 tea spoon

Bean Sprouts - 1/2 cup

White Pepper Powder - 1/4 tea spoon

Vinegar - 1 table spoon

Oil - 2 table spoon

Salt - To taste

For the granish

Spring onion greens, chopped.
