Crackling Spinach With Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor

Ingredients :

• Spinach leaves (palak) 45

• Oil to deep fry

• Salt to taste

 

Method :

Trim, wash, drain and pat spinach leaves dry. Cut into thin strips. Heat oil in a wok; add spinach and deep-fry till crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve immediately
