100 gm Chikpea Flour
2 tbsp Rice flour
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 Green Chilli Chopped
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin seeds powder
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
1 tsp Carom seeds/Ajwain
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Asafoetida/Hing
salt to taste
Some Water to make thick paste
4 to 5 tbsp oil to Shallow fry
