Ingredients
Oil
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato (remove the seeds)
Red chilli powder
Garam Masala
Chat Masala
Chopped Green Chillies
Salt
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup wheat flour
Ghee
Method
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 finely chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, red chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala, chopped green chillies, salt and mix it well. Add 1 cup finely chopped spinach mix it well allow it to cook till it is dried completely. Remove it in bowl and allow it to cool down. In the bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, salt and 1 tbsp of oil mix it together, add little water and knead the dough for 2-3 mins and let it rest for 5 mins. Take some dough and make flat rounds of it. Dab a little oil and roll it in a thin disc. Heat a pan, roast it and flip it over before adding ghee. Palak Paratha are ready to be served!
