1 bowl spinach/ palak
1 bowl wheat flour
chopped green chili
chopped coriander leaves
salt
red chilli powder
roasted cumin seeds ( please take all dry ingredients according to your taste)
method
mix all the ingredients in wheat flour. knead a dough. roll paratha and cook it on heated tawa. use little ghee or oil on paratha while making. serve it with plain yogurt or any kind of raita.
