Turnip Spareribs Soup
- Cut turnip for spare
- add pork rib, ginger slices, shallot and cooking wine in cool water, blanch and remove
- Add the blanched pork rib, turnip and ginger in the pot, then pour water
- Cover the lid, first boil over a high heat, then turn down the heat and simmer for one hour.
- Season with some salt, then add cilantro and enjoy it
