Ingredients:
Onions 3 n
Red chilly 4 n
Tamarind 20 g
Hing
Tomatoes 2 n
Salt
Cashew nut 50 g
Jaggery 1 ts
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add red chilly, tamarind, onion, hing, fry the onions, are golden colour, add salt, tomatoes, cashew nuts, cook for some time and add jaggery, switch off the flame let it cool down and make a paste in food processor. Serve this with rawa dosa.
