2. Onions - 1/2 Cup

4. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
5. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon

7. Sesame Seeds - 2 Tablespoons
8. Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
9. Coriander Seeds - 2 Teaspoons
10. Coconut Pieces - 2 Tablespoons
11. Chilli Powder - 2 Teaspoons
12. Salt - 2 Teaspoons
13. Cinnamon Sticks - 3-4 Small Pieces
14. Cloves - 3
15. Cardamom - 2
16. Tamarind - 10 Grams

Letís see how to make tomato ka salan or masala tomato curry.
We have to prepare masala first.
Heat pan Fry 2 tablespoons groundnuts
Add 2 teaspoons coriander seeds and fry
Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and fry for a minute
Add 2 tablespoons sesame seeds and fry
Add coconut pieces and mix
Add garam masala - cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and stir for a minute Cut off the stove and let the mixture cool down.
Move this mixture into a mixie jar
Add washed tamarind and grind into a soft paste Heat 2 tablespoons oil in pan
Add onions and fry
As onions turn transparent, add green chillies and fry.
Fry for a minute and add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
Add 2 teaspoons chilli powder, 2 teaspoons salt and mix.
Add prepared paste and mix.
Add 1 cup water.
Add as much water as desired
Add 2 teaspoons sugar Close lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Cook till oil starts to float Let's slice tomatoes now
Cut off the stems as shown
Add these tomatoes to the curry
Take a tomato and squeeze the juice into the curry Squeeze all the tomatoes, mix and close lid.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame
Stir in between and cook till the tomatoes boil completely Sprinkle coriander leaves and mix. Serve hot with biryani or roti
