METHOD
1.In a pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon
2.Add mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon Dried red chillies - 5 Few curry leaves Medium sized onions - finely cut, fry till pink in colour
3.Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon Add Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Fry well
4.Add tomatoes diced - 10 medium sized Add salt as required
5.Cook tomatoes till they turn smooth
6.South Indian tomato curry is ready
