Dhabha Style Tomato Curry | How to make Tomato Curry

Tips:

1. Tastes good if good in low flame.

2. Cook the curry till the oil oozes out.

 

3.Use ripened tomatoes as it will give nice colour to the dish.

INGREDIENTS:

Oil - 2 tbsp

Mustard seed - 1 tsp

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Red chillies - 2

Onion - 1

Green chilli - 1

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

Tomato puree - from 4 ripened tomatoe

Red chilli powder - 1 tsp

 

Cumin powder - 1 tsp

Corriander powder - 1 tsp

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

salt to taste

Tomato chunks - from 2 tomatoes

Water - 1 cup

Curry leaves

Corriander leaves - 2 tbsp
