Restaurant Style Aloo Palak (Potatoes and Spinach curry) آلو پالک

Ingredients;

1 ½ kg spinach (palak)

4 medium sized potatoes (aloo)

1 medium sized onion- finely chopped

2 medium sized tomatoes puree

1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger (adrak)

1 ½ tablespoon finely chopped garlic (lehsun)

4 to 5 green chilies (hari mirch)- finely chopped

12 dried button red chilies (sabut lal mirch)

1 teaspoon cumin seeds (zeera)

1 inch cinnamon stick (darchini)

1 black cardamom (badi elaichi)

4 to 5 cloves (laung)

2 teaspoon red chili powder (pissi lal mirch)

3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)

1 teaspoon salt (namak)

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup cooking oil
