Potato fry or Urulai Kizhangu Curry (in tamil)

Ingredients:

1. Potato - 4

2. Chilli Powder - 1 spoon (depending upon level of spice required)

3. Dhaniya powder - 1/2 teaspoon

4. Manja podi - 1/4 teaspoon

5. Urid Dal - 1/2 teaspoon

6. Salt - To Taste

7. Kadugu - 1/2 teaspoon

8. Oil - For Frying

9. Curry Leaves - 1 kothu
