Ingredients you will need are:

1 litre of Milk

2 & 1/2 tspns Falooda Powder (This is a setting agent and sometimes also called Agar Agar Powder or China Grass)

2 tblspns Custard Powder

2 tblspns Milk Powder

6 tblpns Thick Cream

1/4 tspn Cardamom Powder

1 Tin Condensed Milk

1 or 2 drops of Pink Food Colour

3 Drops of Rose Essence You can also use Saffron, Almonds, Coconut For

Decoration - Rose Petals & Chopped Pistachios
