Carrot Kheer | Dessert Recipes

Ingredients-

 

Carrot - 300 gms

Milk - 1 Liter

Water

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder

Cashew nuts

Almond

Pistachio

Saffron Strands

Method-

Pressure cook the carrot and grind it to fine paste by adding little milk.

In a pan, add milk and let it boil

Add the carrot puree, cardamom powder, sugar and let it boil for 10 mins

Add a pinch of saffron, cashew nuts, pistas, almonds and simmer it for 5 mins

Serve it warm or chilled
