Ingredients for the Marinade
- Hung curd/ हंग कर्ड - 3 tbsp
- Red chilli powder/ लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1.5 tsp
- Turmeric/ हल्दी - 0.5 tsp
- Garam masala/ गरम मसाला - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste/ अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds/ जीरा (roasted & crushed) - 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala/ चाट मसाला - 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander seeds/ खड़ा धनिया (roasted & crushed) - 1 tbsp
- Kasuri methi/ कसूरी मेथी - 1 tbsp
- Salt/ नमक - to taste
- Pepper/ काली मिर्च - 1 tsp

- Baby potatoes/ छोटे आलू - 20
- Onions / प्याज़ - 1 large (finely chopped)
- Capsicum/ शिमला मिर्च - 1-2 (finely chopped)
- Small Shimla chillies - 2 (chopped) (optional)
- Rajma/kidney beans/ राजमा - ¾ cup (soaked overnight and boiled soft)
- Green chillies/ तीखी हरी मिर्च - 2 to 4
- Lemon juice/ नींबू का रस - 1 lime
- Butter - 2 tbsp - Oil/ तेल - 1 tbsp
- Cheese /चीज़ - 4-5 small cubes
