*Ingredients:
1.soaked moong - 1 cup
2.green chilli - 4
3.ginger - 2 inch
4.salt to taste
5.cilantro - 2 tbsp
6.onion - 1 grated
7.tomato - 1 grated Recipe:
-fristly soak moong bean 4 hours or overnight.
-after night remove the water and transfer moon in blending jar.
-add littel water, green chilli,and ginger. -blend it well and transfer into bowl.
-now add cilantro, grated tomato, grated onion and salt.
-mix it well all the ingredients.
-now heat a griddle or heavy-bottomed pan on medium heat.
-when hot, add a few drops of cooking oil to it and swirl to coat all sides of the pan.
-now pour a ladle full of batter into the pan and lightly use the ladle to spread the batter into a circular shape from the center outwards.
-make a circle of diameter roughly 6 inches. Cook for 1 minute.
-drizzle with a little oil and lift the edges of the pancake to allow oil to go under it.
-flip now and cook till the other side is golden too. -remove from pan and serve immediately with chutneys of your choice.
-enjoy the breakfast or dinner with high protein moong bean pancake.
