Tres Leches Cake - Original Mexican Recipe

FOR THE CAKE

1 cup All-purpose Flour

1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/4 teaspoon Salt

5 whole Eggs

1 cup Sugar, Divided ( ¾ for the batter and ¼ for the egg whites)

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1/3 cup Milk

1 can Evaporated Milk

1 can Sweetened, Condensed Milk

1/4 cup Milk or Heavy Cream

FOR THE ICING:

1 pint whipping

3 Tablespoons Sugar
