Nepali Vegetarian Food - Soya Chunks || मासु भन्दा पनि मीठो VEG CURRY - Bhatmas ko Masaura

1 bowl Soy chunks (nutrela) Wash with cold water

In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil Add 2 tbsp mustard oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp fennel seeds Cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon stick and bay leaves

Add 1 medium sized onion sliced Add crushed ginger and garlic

Add 1 tsp turmeric powder Salt as per the taste 2 medium sized tomatoes

Add 1tsp cumin and coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chili powder Add ½ cup water

Add fried soya chunks Add chopped cilantro
