1 cup bamboo shoots
2 Boiled potatoes peeled, and cut into ½ inch cube
1cup Boiled black-eyed peas (soaked overnight)
1 cup onions, finely chopped
2 green chilies, thinly sliced
1 tsb Coriander powder
1 tsb turmeric powder
1 tsb garlic/ginger paste
1 tsb Read chilli Powder
1/2 tsb Aginomoto
1/2 tsb Cummin seeds
1/2 tsb Fenugreek seeds
1/2 cup tomatoes slicely chopped
Salt to taste
3 tsb oil
500 Ml Water
Some Fresh Coriander
