Spicy Octopus ???? (Nepalese Style) / How to make Octopus Curry - Pabs Kitchen

Serves 4 with side dishes

Ingredients

1 kg cleaned Octopus

1 medium Onion

Green Chilies to taste

2 medium Tomatoes

1 spring Onion

3 tbsp spring coriander

2 tbsp cooking Oil

1/3 tsp Chili powder optional

1/3 tsp Turmeric powder

1/3 tsp Garam masala

Salt to your taste

To tendaraise & aromatise the Octopus

1 medium Tomato

sliced half Onion

some stems of Spring Coriander

4 cloves Garlic

1inch Ginger

1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

1/2 tsp Coriander seeds

1 Cinnamon sticks

1 Star Anis

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1 Black Cardamom

2 Cinnamon Leaves

1 tbsp cooking Oil

½ tsp sea Salt

For Masala

Red dried Chilies as per your taste

1/2 tsp black Pepper

1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

1 tsp Coriander seeds

6 cloves Garlic

1 inch Ginger

Whole Spices to infuse in Oil 1 Star Anis Small sticks Cinnamon 4 Cloves 1 Black Cardamom 5 Crushed Green Cardamom 2 Cinnamon leaves
