COOK UNTIL CARAMALIZED
MIX ½ CUP MILK
3 CUP LIQUID MILK (MIX GRADUALLY)
¼ CUP SUGAR
COOK UNTIL IT BECOME 2 CUP MILK
LET IT COOL
½ CUP HUNG CURD
MIX TO SMOOTH MIX THE LUKEWARM MILK
POUR IN A CLAY MOULD
PRE-HEAT A PAN PLACE A TOWEL INSIDE PLACE THE CALY MOULD COOK IN LOW HEAT FOR 1 – 1.5 HOURS SWEET YOGURT IS READY REMOVE FROM THE CURRY PAN KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 1 – 2 HOURS SERVE !!!
