Ingredients:
2 onions
50g cashews
2 tbsp poppy seeds
Oil
Green Cardamom 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste
Fresh cream
Water, as required
Salt, to taste
150g paneer
2 tbsp kasuri methi
Raisins 1 tsp
saffron
milk
Method:
Boil the onions in a pan.
Grind them to a paste.
Grind the cashews and poppy seeds into a paste.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the onion paste, green cardamoms, garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.
Now add the cashew-poppy seeds paste and sauté.
Once the gravy thickens, add fresh cream and cook further.
Add water, salt, and paneer, and cook till everything comes together.
Finally, add crushed kasuri methi and sauté.
Garnish the dish with raisins and saffron milk, and serve with hot rotis.
