Ingredients:
1/2 kg Chicken
2 Onions chopped
1 Tomato chopped
15 cloves of Garlic
1/2 Cup Coriander leaves
1/2 inch Ginger
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Salt to Taste
3-4 tbsp Oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed onion, tomato, ginger & garlic. Stir well.
- Add mix masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, kitchen king masala, turmeric powder, garam masala & coriender leaves. Mix all the ingredients well. Add salt to taste and again mix well.
- Add chicken pieces to the gravy and mix well for 2-3 mins.
- Add about a cup of water to the gravy, cover it with a lid and let it cook on a high flame for 10 mins.
- Garnish the Indian style Chicken Curry with coriander leaves and serve hot.
