Ingredients
200g paneer, cubed
2 green chillies,roughly chopped
Onion paste (1 onion, 5 garlic cloves, 1 inch piece of ginger ground to paste)
1 tsp coriander-cumin seed powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
3 raw tomatoes, pureed
1 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp oil

Method
In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add 2 green chillies, onion paste and cook until the paste turns brown.
Add 1 tsp coriander and cumin seed powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp kasoori methi, coriander leaves, tomato puree and cook it on slow flame until it is dried nicely.
Add 1 tbsp of cream and mix it well.
Add 1 cup paneer, some water, salt as required, give it a mix and allow it to cook for 2 mins.
Garnish it with some coriander leaves and 1 cube of butter Spicy and delicious Dhaba Style Paneer is ready to be served!
