Paneer Butter Masala | Indian Recipe by Archana | Restaurant Style Punjabi Main Course in Marathi

Ingredients:

250 gms Paneer

2 Tomatoes

2 Onions

2 tbsp Cashews

1/2 tsp Sugar

 

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tbsp Sambar Masala

1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala

1 tbsp Mix Masala

2 tbsp Butter

1/2 tsp Oil

Coriander Leaves

Water

Salt to taste

Method:

- To make the masala, in a mixer grinder add chopped tomatoes, onions, cashews, sugar, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, sambar masala, pav bhaji masala & mix masala. Grind everything to a smooth paste. The masala paste is ready.

- In a pan, heat some oil and butter.

- Add the masala paste, coriander leaves and saute everything for some time. Add little water if required.

- Then add the paneer pieces and mix well.

- Add some salt and mix everything well.

- Cover it with a lid and let the gravy cook for 5-10 minutes.

- Garnish it with coriander leaves and butter.
