Ingredients:

(For Frankie Masala)

- 1tbsp Chaat Masala

- 1/4tbsp Garam Masala

- 1/2tbsp Red Chilli Powder

- 1/4tbsp Roasted Jeera Powder

- 1/2tbsp Coriander Cumin Powder

- 1/4tbsp Black Pepper Powder

(For Frankie Chapati)

- 3/4 cup Wheat Flour

- 3/4 cup Maida Flour

- Salt to taste

- 1tbsp Oil

- Add Water as Needed (For Frankie Stuffing)

- 2tbsp Oil

- 1tbsp Crushed Garlic

- 1tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger

- 2tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chilli

- 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder

- 3-4 Medium Size Potatoes Mashed With Hand

- 2tsp Frankie Masala

-Salt to taste

- Sprinkle Coriander Leaves

(For Citric Acid)

- 1/4 cup Vinegar

- 2tbsp Sliced Green Chilli

- 1/4tsp Salt
