Besan - 130g

Oil - to coat tin

Baking soda - ½ tsp

Water - 1 tbsp

Tandoori Marinate for Dhokla

- Red chilli paste - 2 tbsp

Black salt - 1/2 tsp

Chat masala - ½ tsp

Dahi / Curd - ¼ cup

Mint Leaves - 1 tbsp

Fresh Coriander - 2 tbsp

Dahi - 2 tbsp

Mustard oil - 1 tbsp

Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Ginger Garlic Paste - ½ tsp

Oil - to cook
