चावल के कुरकुरे वड़े । Crispy Rice Vada Recipe | Instant Rice Flour Vada

Ingredients for Chawal ke Vade

Rice flour - 1 cup

Curd - 1 cup

Green chilli (finely chopped) - 2 to 3

Ginger baton (grated) - 1 inch

Salt - ¾ tsp

Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Oil for frying

How to make Chawal ke Vade

1- Take a cup of curd, add a cup of water and a cup of rice flour to it.

2- Keep the flame off, add it slowly and stir it.

3- Stir and dissolve it well until there are no lumps in it.

4- Add a ¾ teaspoon of salt to the batter along with an inch of ginger baton after grating it.

5- Mix all the ingredients well and start cooking the batter.

6- Cook until it reaches the consistency of dough and stir it continuously too.

7- Add some chopped green coriander after cooking it and mix well.

8- 4 to 5 minutes was consumed to cook it.

9- Preheat oil in a wok for frying the Vadas.

10- Cool it for a while and afterwards make it Vadas.

11- Apply some oil on your palms, lift a dough lump and roll it.

12- Flatten it softly and make a hole in its centre using you fingers.

13- Assemble all the Vadas likewise.

14- More than heated oil is required to fry the Vadas.

15- Add a Vada for frying to it on medium to high flame.

16- Let the Vadas fry for 2 to 3 minutes until they start floating.

17- After 3 minutes, flip Vadas and fry from both sides until they become golden brown.

18- 8 to 9 minutes was acquired to fry a round of it

. 19- Fry the rest of Vadas likewise.

20- Rice Vadas will be ready to be served.

Serving

1- Serve hot Vada along with green coriander dip.
