Ingredients:
• 1 cup Rice flour
• 1 tbsp Maida
• Salt to taste
• Water
• 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
• Oil Method:
• Take rice flour into a bowl.
• Add maida and mix well.
• If you are using fresh or homemade rice flour then you don’t need to use maida.
• If you use store bought rice flour then dosa gets cracks along the edges after transferring it on the pan.
• To avoid that use maida for store bought rice flour.
• You can use besan in place of maida too.
• Add salt and mix well.
• Add water and mix well.
• No lumps of flour should be formed.
• Add lemon juice and mix well.
• The consistency of batter should neither too thick nor too thin.
• It should be flowing batter. Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Spread some oil all over the pan.
• Take batter and start pouring the batter along the edges first and end up at the center.
• Cover and cook for just about a minute.
• Open the lid and cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
• Flip over and cook from other side for another 2-3 minutes.
• Flip over and fold it. Transfer the dosa into a plate.
• Rice flour dosa is already.
