Kiwi Shots - Quick Party Coolers - Easy To Make Mocktail Recipe By Ruchi Bharani

Ingredients:

2 kiwis

2 cups vanilla ice cream

4-5 tbsp khus syrup (For khus syrup - 1cup sugar, 1 & 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp green colour, 1/2 tsp khus essence)

crushed ice soda

Method:

To make khus syrup:

- Boil together water and sugar for about 3-4 minutes and let it cool down completely.

- Add the khus essence and the green colour to the boiled sugar syrup.

- The khus syrup is ready.

To make kiwi shots:

- Add the chopped kiwi, vanilla ice cream, khus sharbat, crushed ice and sprite / 7 Up in the blender and blend all the ingredients together.

 

- The mocktail is ready to be served.

- Pour it in the shot glasses and the leftover in the beaker for later.
