1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
1 tsp Elaichi ke daane (Cardamom seeds)
3 tblsps Sukhi Gulab ki pankhudiyan (Dry Rose Petals)
1/4 cup Khadi Shakkar (Whole sugar)
1 tsp Sabja (Watermelon seeds)
1/4 cup water
10-12 black kismis (Raisins) (soaked in water for 2 hours)
1 cup cold milk
Fresh or dried rose petals
