1/2 tsp cinnamon:

1 stick cloves:

5 cardamon:

5 peppercorns:

1/4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powdeer:

1.5 tbsp turmeric powder:

1/2 tsp garam masala: 1 tsp  Water:

2 tbsp + 3/4 cup (depends on how thick or thin you want the gravy to be) coriander leaves to garnish pink himalayan salt as needed
